Board of Directors

The Corner Brook Port Corporation is a not-for-profit corporation established to operate the Port of Corner Brook for the benefit of the community and region. All profits generated from operations are reinvested back into the Port, to help the Corporation further reach its mandate.

The Corporation is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by stakeholders in the community. Of the seven person Board, two of the nominees are provided by the City of Corner Brook, one nominee by the Greater Corner Brook Board of Trade, and one nominee by the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The remaining three positions are appointed by the Corner Brook Port Corporation Board, including the nominee to represent the interests of the port tenants and users groups.
